DST Weekly Group Schedule

Our current availability for in-person training at our studio is offered:

Mondays: 6:30am / 8:30am / 10:30am

Tuesday: 8:30am / 10:30am / 5:00pm

Wednesday: 6:30am / 10:30am

Thursday: 8:30am / 10:30am / 5:00pm

Friday: 6:30am / 8:30am / 10:30am


We also offer Online Group Training – Zoom Dynamic Strength Training (ZDST).

Monday – Tuesday – Thursday @ NOON – 12:00PM
